Looks like there`s a lot you don`t know about... (Uncle Rico)

We have been awesomely finding more service opportunites which is great! This week we helped make about 30 handmaid dolls for all the Argentine mothers (They celebrate Mother's Day in October).
We also got to sand down and paint doors for another member. I enjoyed that so much you don't even know
Dad- they were all impressed with my painting skills and I just told them you taught me.

Mom- learning how to sew really came in handy THANK YOU!
This week in one of our stressful moments I had a breakdown cooking spree and baked cookies for all the mothers of our ward.

Eugenia oficially has her temple recomend! We are asking permission to be able to enter with her the first time.

This is CHE, Argentina's idol.

And this is a ghetto circus.

p.s. This is me preaching to a cat.

Los gatitos también quieren esuchar la buena palabra.

And so the work moves on! I continue loving my mission and loving these Argentines! Hope you all have a great week!

Now for the good stuff!

"The Aire in Buenos Aires has been so Bueno lately! We've gotten beautiful rainstorms followed by forgiving rainbows and sunshine. Spring is in the air. What season is it over there again?"

"We're witnessing miracles, people. One of those is that we were able to find sanctuary after taking the wrong bus and getting lost in a ghetto area called La Ferrari which is so ghetto that the Hermanas are not even allowed to step foot in it haha. . oops. But thankfully the Lord guided us on a rickety old bus through the wilderness to the promised land of Wally World and we found our wa back from there! Good times."

We also had intercambios this week and I got to be with Hermana Root who is such a funny girl! I think we laughed the entire exchange!

Another "Wait a second I'm a missionary" moment: At a church activity all the little rascal niños were running around playing tag haha and one of them yelled out " LAST ONE TO TOUCH THE DOORS A PIGS BUTT!" And I laughed so hard that I started to play with them a little and before I knew it I was calling the other children "Pigbutts" and then I realized that it probably wouldn't be the best sight for a Bishop to walk in haha so I straightened up a bit. Sometimes it just comes out of me!
p.p.s  This pic is proof that Dr. Suess trees are REAL. But they only exist in Argentina!
p.s. Argentina is my hometown now.

PATRICK, YOUR GENIUS IS SHOWING! . . .. Patrick: WHERE????

I learned so much from Conference and feel so much love for our beloved prohet Thomas S. Monson and each one of the Apostles. I loved hearing the 3 new apostle's humble testimonies. Please pray for our beloved prophet. He needs our constant prayers. Watching him speak yesterday reminded me of when we met him as an apostle in his mustard suit at Aspen Grove. I still remember I had handed him a note as a cheesy little girl that said "you're my favorite speaker, p.s. don't tel President Hinckley " hahaha I think dad had a little to do with that. I have such a love for our Prophet Monson.

This is me and my footbag teqnique so that my feet
 never get wet.....

Me encanta el arco iris después de ver llover!
On Tuesday we were walking in the rain and suddenly saw the most
BEAUTIFUL COMPLETE Rainbow that I have ever seen!
The best part was that you could see the Buenos Aires Temple right in the middle
of it with Moroni and his trumpet victoriously standing. I love my area.
